I was nervous to begin this journey because of my demanding career, but they kept reassuring me to trust the process and reminded me that they would tailor everything to fit my lifestyle. I’m so grateful I listened.

After just two months, my exhaustion has improved dramatically. My family thinks it’s a miracle- because for the first time in twenty years, I was able to go out to dinner on a Sunday night with work the next day without needing to sleep away most of the afternoon just to survive the week. That may sound small to some, but to us, it unbelievably!!!

I came to Revive Integrative Health after experiencing severe joint pain for several months that was unexplained by any of the physicians I was seeing. I went from being an active long-distance runner and weight lifter to barely being able to get out of bed in the morning. I could not sit for long periods of time without pain and I was up all night in pain. I was told that my labs were all normal so there is likely nothing wrong with me. It was recommended by my group of doctors that I should take more Aleve, and consider adding a biologic such as Humira - though without much confidence this would help and putting me at risk for loads of side effects. It was also recommended that I schedule surgeries on several of my joints.

At that time, I was referred to Dr. Confer by a friend - but was honestly skeptical that much could help. However, out of desperation, I was willing to try anything. As a nurse practitioner specializing in cancer care for the last 20 years, I was not sure that supplements, diet, and alternative therapies would be my answer. However, from my very first call to the lovely receptionist, I felt welcome and understood. From there, my first visit with Dr. Confer was eye opening. Despite my nursing background, Dr. Confer approached my labs in a way that I had never fully understood. No other physicians had educated me on what is "normal" vs what is functional. Dr. Confer leans into educating patients and wants to ensure I understand the path I am on. She remembers small details that I mention from visit to visit, and truly cares to make me whole again. Her dietician Sam has also been such a gift to me, and completely helped me to overhaul my diet. She took such a personalized approach to my special needs without judgement. She made changes that fit into my life and made my diet manageable.

At our first visit, Dr. Confer thought that after 6 weeks I would feel better. After just 4 weeks, I can confidently say that I am almost back to the person I was before my symptoms began. I am running again with joy (without joint pain!) and looking forward to my life again. I am forever grateful for finding this practice and would recommend without reservation.

The weekly appointments are the key to my success and can be easily switched to video virtual as needed with literally no guilt or judgment.

Total transparency, it took me about 9 days to find my rhythm but Samantha was amazing in getting me really rolling and now the process from the moment that I wake to the moment I go to bed feels natural and not forced. Driven by the way I feel and the desire to maintain it. Supported the whole way.

I am so glad I ended up finding Revive and got to work with Dr Confer and Dr Moritz! After my third baby my body was not okay and I felt sick and tired every single day of my life for over 10 months while trying to take care of three little ones. I had zero energy every day, sleeping didn’t help, my thyroid levels were low, my cortisol levels were all over the place. It was absolutely awful!! Dr Confer/Dr Moritz run a lot of tests most doctors don’t and was able to pinpoint what my body was struggling with and she truly helped put me back together!!! I started feeling better within weeks of the supplements I started under their care and starting the anti inflammatory diet! I finally feel like myself again and I have energy to workout and keep up with my kids and the busyness of life. I am so thrilled to have found this practice! I have been seeing Dr Confer & Dr Moritz for 2&1/2 months with amazing results. I have Lupus & my rheumatologist is great,but I wanted more than just meds. I wanted to do more to reduce the inflammation in my body. I also have Hashimotos. My internist just kept adding more pills. That approach only made me feel worse. I worked as an RN for 40 yrs. I'm not against taking medication.

I am writing this review on behalf of my 76 yr. Old mother who is one of my heroes. I believe Revive Integrative saved my mom’s life. In 2024 moms health started to decline, and she was having severe pain in her body..and was no longer sleeping at night anymore…as well as migraines, and severe joint pain..her general physician kept telling her that she was ok, she had arthritis, and that it was her age. “Here are steroids, cortisone shots, and take advil and Tylenol” I knew 100% that all these things were just a band aid and that he wasn’t figuring out what the root cause was. After 3 visits to the ER in a span of 4 months and her general physician denying her a referral to an arthritis specialist I said enough is enough. We need to get to the root cause of what is happening. I started doing research for alternative solutions and always believed in functional and holistic.i read the reviews for Revive and signed mom up for a consult. Mom was also ready to try anything at that point. Dr. Confer, Samantha the clinical nutritionist, and Dr. Moritz are amazing. Caring, patient, and thorough.
